How does the process work?
After you fill out and submit the medical review form, our licensed U.S.
physicians will determine if you are able to benefit from whatever medication
you have chosen. If you are eligible, that physician will write a
prescription for the medication and forward it to our licensed U.S. pharmacy to
be filled. The pharmacy will fill and ship your order via FedEx Next Day Air
to your home in discreet packaging.
Is it legal to buy prescription medication
online?
Yes. The prescription
is written for your medication, after your medical review form is approved, by a licensed U.S. physician and is filled by a licensed U.S. pharmacy. This practice is in accordance with FDA regulations and
is perfectly legal.
Do I need a prescription to order
medications here?
You do not need a prior
prescription. Our physicians will issue the prescription for you upon
approval.
How do I place orders?
Click an order link. You will be taken to our secure server where you
will set up your account. Answer an online questionnaire and provide
information relevant to your medical condition. Once you complete the
questionnaire you simply submit your order for processing.
How do you protect my privacy and security?
Platinum-RX is dedicated to your privacy and security. All information
furnished is legally protected under existing doctor-patient privilege laws.
Our online ordering system uses the latest in Secure Encryption Technology.
All personal and credit card information submitted is done with the highest level of
security and precautions. The system also has safeguards in place to protect
against credit card fraud. Individuals attempting the fraudulent use of a credit
card will, of course, be reported.
What are your shipping rates & policies?
Due to patient demand and our highly streamlined and automated order system, we
only ship via FedEx Next Day at a flat rate of $18 per order. Currently, we are
unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. An adult signature is required upon delivery.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your order before it is reviewed by a physician by calling
1-866-789-6337. But, only before it is reviewed.
How long will it take to get my
medication?
Typically, orders are shipped from the pharmacy within 24 hours after you submit
the order form. All orders are shipped via FedEx Next Day Air.
